Daphné Art (drawing + painting)

Drum roll please…. This is the last post of the kids art (for now). Don’t worry, they are art factories, so I’ll be back in a month or so with more. Haha. Below is some Daphné original art. Enjoy!

These pieces of art are precious to me. She even taped a rose petal to it.

Sun spaceships and “Who likes flowers?”

Working with perspective and graph paper.

Daphné made this list during Christmas time when we were in the mountains in a cabin with the family. It has names, ages, birthdays, top 3 favorite colors and a drawing we each did.

More lists.

“Is she beautiful?” “Water so she slipped, that’s why she is saying Ha Ha.”

No thoughts.

Chalk.

Drawing the Croods.

Impressive rainbow.

It’s a lollipop tree.

Daphné : “Mama, what should I draw?” Me : “Someone dancing in the clouds.” I love the result! It’s one of my favorites.

The love of God. The Bible of the children of God of the world.

“Here you can find prayers of God and Psalms and Proverbs. Proverbs and Psalms you can find in the Bible or you can also find John 3:16 or John 5:20.

“The Day that God created the Earth.” “The cross.”

Day one.

Day two. And her book ended there ;).

A bike with a seat “for you doll” and a spot “for your water bottle.” And then “a cross.”

The house of colors.

Show. I just really enjoy her simple pen drawings.

Eiffel Tower.

Fishing.

Daphné made this before Rob died. I just found it in her many piles of art and sent it to Cricri. Robie, We miss you!

Written with lipstick.

So sweet. A cake. The rainbow.

L - O - V - E.

City scape.

“I love July the pool.”

Our names in hieroglyphics.

Dinosaur and cross.

Blank canvas.

Rainbow.

Shapes and color.

The beginning of the Veggie Tales song, Pizza Angel.

A menu.

Geometric highlighters outlined.

Art by Daphné for Django.

The inside.

House on a rainbow.

Popcorn.

By Daphné and Lorenzo.

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” -Psalm 119:105

Jesus and rainbow.

Graph paper art.

I really enjoy this one. She cut out these from Christmas wrapping paper. So fun!

“The woman who wanted to change color because she didn’t like her color. The color of her hair.”

The beginning of the story.

Different ways to write : lower case, cursive, script, capitals.

She often starts comic books.

A little book Daphné made for Django.

A big magic forest.

Mouth closed.

Mouth open.

Six faces by Daphné.

Sleeping.

Love.

Sad.

Anger.

Joy.

Calm.

Daphné is so sweet. “May Jesus be with you mama.” I love her!

These colors are so fun and vibrant!

Table and chairs. Working on perspective.

Joint art piece. I drew the table, coffee cup and airplane. And I just realized that Daphné did not participate in this one. Django did the people and other decorations. This piece inspired Daphné’s piece above.

Wow, I never thought I would finish all 4 of those art posts. You guys, thank you so much for enjoying our kids’ art with us. I find that making these blog posts really helps me cherish their TONS of paper all around the house. Haha! We sure do love our little artists.

Love Linz
